RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL: REQUIREMENTS AND EFFECTS

You can exercise your Right of Withdrawal of the purchase within 14 days of receipt of the product as long as you have not removed the seal from the unit boxes of the product, as indicated in article 16.e) of DIRECTIVE 2011 / 83 / EU for health and / or hygiene reasons.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, fill out this form and send it to the email address customerservice@todayserum.com. You will receive a reply email from us confirming that we have received your request to cancel the purchase.

Send the product to the following address within a maximum of 14 days from the date you notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The return cost will be at your expense.
